Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Use of AutogradeX is governed by the agreement between AutogradeX and the institution that deploys it. These terms apply to everyone the institution authorises: administrators, coordinators, hub scanners, evaluators and moderators.

2. Authorised use

AutogradeX may be used only for the institution's official examination work. Do not share accounts, extract examination content, or try to get around access controls, quality control or moderation.

3. AI proposals

AI marks are proposals produced by several models and reconciled by the system. Evaluators remain responsible for every mark they submit and must review the scanned script before submitting.

4. Confidentiality

Examination content, student information and marks are confidential. Use them only for your assigned role and keep your authenticator device secure.

5. Accounts

Accounts are created by the institution and require multi-factor authentication. Repeated failed sign-ins lock an account temporarily. Administrators can reset credentials and revoke access.
