Institutions are responsible for ensuring that the assessment data they upload is accurate and lawful. AutoGradeX provides automated analysis but:

• Does not replace human academic judgment
• Offers results that may require teacher verification
• Is not liable for grading discrepancies or institutional decisions

7. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Fees are billed as per the agreed contract or subscription plan
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AutoGradeX, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:
